Himag are pleased to welcome Todor Filchev who joined Himag on 1st April as Senior Design Engineer – Power Electronics (R&D):
Todor has spent eight years as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham, focusing on ‘High voltage, high frequency high power transformers’ in conjunction with an industrial partner. Todor has spent time as a visiting researcher at the University of Ghent, Belgium, and previously undertook his PhD at the University of Varna, where his research topic was ‘Electronic transformer for new power distribution systems’. Todor previously worked at Himag Solutions and E2V and we are pleased to welcome Todor back to Himag Planar Magnetics as our Senior Design Engineer.
