Himag Solutions Product Range
All Planar Transformers are small and lightweight, however they do vary slightly in ‘size’ depending on the application. Put simply, the physical size of the planar transformer is proportional to the power output that the application seeks to provide.
Himag Solutions offers two standard ranges of planar transformers, the E64 products range covers the 1kW-9kW power range and the E102 product range covers the 7kW-30kW power range. Bespoke Design
Due to the nature of planar transformer design it is sometimes difficult to have an ‘off-the-shelf’ product range. Invariably the design will need to be customised to meet the requirements of a particular application. Many of the products that we manufacture are unique, and would only be used with the specific product that they were designed for.
It is with this in mind that we emphasise the bespoke design service that Himag Solutions provides. The information on our ‘product range’ below provides an guide to the size of transformer that the application may require, we would then tailor the relevant size to the individual product.

Once the power requirements have been established, we will tailor that product to a unique design, including consideration for the topology and fixings requirements (see more below):
