Todor Filchev joined Himag on 14th July as a Design Engineer – Power Electronics (R&D): Todor has just spent eight years as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham, focusing on ‘High voltage, high frequency high power transformers’ in conjunction with an industrial partner. Todor has spent time as a visiting researcher at the University of Ghent, Belgium, and previously undertook his PhD at the university of Varna, where his research topic was ‘Electronic transformer for new power distribution systems’
